Personal Trainer in Stevenage

About the Role

The role delivers high-quality personal training sessions, including programming plans and guiding members in the gym environment to help them achieve their goals. It sits within a team whose members are ambassadors of the business and the heart of what the employer does. The employer supports growing the trainer’s client base with a three-day PT induction and continued development through CDP courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal training sessions.
• Deliver one-to-one (121) training sessions.
• Develop programming plans for members.
• Guide members in the gym environment to help them achieve their goals.
• Grow and maintain a client base, supported by a three-day PT induction.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA certification.
• Passion for health and fitness and the ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Passion for customer service.

Salary

• 50% net revenue plus £5 on top when running the 16th session each week.
• Minimum £16.00 per session, increasing to £21 per session from the 16th session each week.
