The role acts as an ambassador for the spa retreats, welcoming members and ensuring they understand the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room. The post holder is responsible for maintaining the spa to the clean and tidy standards expected in a premium environment. The position sits within the spa team and focuses on delivering a high-quality experience to members.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for the spa retreats.
- Welcome members to the spa.
- Ensure members understand the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room.
- Maintain the spa to a clean and tidy standard expected in a premium environment.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience within a premium customer service environment.
- A passion for all things health and wellbeing.
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
- A self-starter who takes pride in delivering a great quality experience to members.
