About the Role
The role involves managing activities, teams, box leagues, ladders and find partner schemes. The post-holder will promote competitions, leagues and events internally and create a fun learning environment. The role sits within a leading tennis operator that provides state-of-the-art facilities, exceptional indoor and outdoor tennis courts, and year-round coaching. The team is described as ambassadors of the business and the heart of what the organisation does.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage activities and teams.
- Manage box leagues, ladders and find partner schemes.
- Promote competitions, leagues and events internally.
- Create a fun learning environment.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Hold a Level 3 LTA qualification.
- Have a passion for all things health and fitness, supporting others to achieve their goals.
- Possess great communication and collaboration skills.
- Be a self-starter who takes pride in delivering a great quality experience to members.
