About the Role
The role is responsible for overseeing poolside safety and helping members have a great experience at all times. It involves ensuring pool areas comply with Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in line with company guidelines, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role sits within a team that acts as ambassadors of the business and the heart of what the company does.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee poolside safety at all times.
- Be on hand to ensure members have a great experience.
- Ensure pool areas comply with all Health and Safety requirements.
- Conduct pool tests in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation at all times.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Must hold an NPLQ qualification to apply for this role.
- Have a passion for all things health and fitness.
- Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
- Be a team player, happy to share knowledge and best practice.
