About the Role
This role leads the food and beverage operation within The Club Room, the hub of the clubs where members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment to work, relax or socialise with friends and family. The post-holder manages a team across indoor and outdoor operations and oversees events such as summer BBQs and quiz nights. The role operates within a premium health and wellness environment that values team belonging and member experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team within the indoor and outdoor operation.
- Manage events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights and other activities.
- Oversee food and beverage service in The Club Room, the hub of the clubs.
- Ensure members receive quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment where they can work, relax or socialise with friends and family.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility, such as a restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility.
- Self-motivated with pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service to members.
- Strong team player with collaboration skills.
Salary
- 34-38k per annum
