As Padel Coach, the role forms an important part of the racquets team, delivering weekly junior and adult group sessions and ensuring members receive exceptional service. The coach supports members of all abilities, from those holding a racquet for the first time to those showing real promise on the court, through all year-round coaching. The role sits within a premium health and wellness group with state-of-the-art facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly junior and adult group coaching sessions.
• Ensure members receive exceptional service.
• Provide all year-round coaching to members of all abilities.
• Support first-time racquet holders and players showing real promise on the court.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 2 / Level Padel Coaching qualification to apply for the role.
• Have a passion for all things health and fitness, supporting others to achieve their goals.
• Great communication and collaboration skills.
• A self-starter who takes pride in delivering great quality experience to members.
