Personal Trainer in Renfrew

About the Role

As a Personal Trainer, the role holder delivers high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding members in the gym environment to support them in achieving their goals. The role sits within a team of ambassadors who are the heart of the business. The organisation supports growing the client base with a 3 day PT induction and continued development through CPD courses. The team environment is designed to create a sense of belonging where people can thrive physically and mentally and fulfil their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality Personal Training sessions.
• Create programming plans for members.
• Guide members in the gym environment.
• Support members to achieve their goals.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Passion for customer service.
• Availability for a minimum of 25 hours a week for 121 training sessions.

Salary

• From £13.00 per hour to £30.67 per session depending on task.
• 50% net revenue share and £5 on top after the 16th session (per week).
• You choose your price point.
