The Food and Beverage Assistant plays a key role in ensuring members receive excellent service every day, seven days a week. The Club Room is the hub of the club, where members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment to work, relax or socialise with friends and family. The role sits within a team that acts as ambassadors for the business and is central to the club's operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure members receive excellent service every day, seven days a week.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine passion when engaging with individuals.
- Strong listening and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Emergency response qualification (desirable but not essential).
