About the Role

The Food and Beverage Manager will lead the Club Room food and beverage operation, managing a team across indoor and outdoor areas. The Club Room is the hub of the clubs, where members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment for work, relaxation or socialising. The role includes managing events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights and other activities. The manager will help create a thriving and inclusive culture and deliver an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team within the indoor and outdoor food and beverage operation.
• Deliver quality, healthy meals and exceptional service to members in the Club Room.
• Manage events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights and other activities.
• Maintain the Club Room as a comfortable hub where members can work, relax or socialise with friends and family.
• Help create a thriving and inclusive culture.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility, such as a restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility.
• Self-motivated individual who takes pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service to members.
• Strong team player with collaboration skills.
• Passion for food and beverage management.
