About the Role
The Racquets Manager will lead and manage a team of coaches, including Padel, Tennis and Pickleball professionals, and be responsible for delivering the racquets programme across the Club. The role focuses on giving members an exceptional experience every day. The Club offers state-of-the-art facilities, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, and all year-round coaching, supporting members from beginners to promising players.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of coaches, including Padel, Tennis and Pickleball professionals.
- Oversee the delivery of the racquets programme across the Club.
- Ensure members receive an exceptional experience every day.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- L3 LTA or above and accreditation, or a national governing body qualification.
- Passion for all things health and fitness, supporting others to achieve their goals.
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-starter who takes pride in delivering great quality experience to members.
