About the Role
This role sits within the Family Activities Team and supports the creation of a safe, fun and nurturing environment where children can learn, play and thrive while their parents enjoy the club. The role involves building positive relationships with children and families, delivering engaging activities, and helping create exceptional experiences that make every visit memorable. The position is 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support children at all times.
- Ensure the Club V environment is safe, attractive and welcoming for all children.
- Deliver engaging activities for children.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and caregivers.
- Support staff and members as required.
- Adhere to all company and government policies and procedures.
- Help create exceptional experiences that make every visit memorable.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum Level 2/3 qualification in a child-related field.
- Previous experience working with children.
- A Health and Social Care qualification does not cover the required qualification.
- Friendly, calm and approachable nature.
- Ability to act quickly and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to support both staff and members.
- Ability to build relationships with parents and caregivers.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Drive to inspire and motivate others.
Salary
- £12.71—£12.71 GBP
