About the Role
Interns join the agency's London offices as part of a full-time 12-week programme, working full time for its duration and supporting a variety of projects within their assigned department. The Music Touring internship sits within CAA Music, whose London team works in all territories outside the USA and Canada to bring live projects to life for artists, from international touring and event bookings to marketing, sponsorship and brand partnerships. Interns gain exposure to three teams: Music Touring, Team Disco and the Brands/Privates bookings team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Agents and Assistants across all aspects of touring
- Raise and manage contracts and tour-related documentation
- Build and maintain tour schedules
- Collect and track ticket sales
- Support tour marketing campaigns
- Coordinate promoter meetings for the Agents team
- Conduct research and provide general support for the overall team
- Carry out administrative and data entry tasks
- Gain experience working with three teams: Music Touring, Team Disco and the Brands/Privates bookings team
Required Experience & Qualifications

- Availability to work full time for the duration of the programme at one of the London offices
Workplace
- Full time, Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm, based out of the Hammersmith office
