The role will engage, coach and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals in one-to-one or group sessions. It sits within a team whose members are described as ambassadors of the business and the heart of what it does. Key Responsibilities

• Engage, coach and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
• Deliver swimming instruction in one-to-one and group sessions.
• Provide a great quality experience to members.
• Act as an ambassador of the business.
• Contribute to a thriving and inclusive culture.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Must hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
• Have a passion for all things health and fitness.
• Great communication and collaboration skills.
• A self-starter who takes pride in delivering a great quality experience to members.
