About the Role
This role plays a vital part in maintaining the highest standards across the club's world-class training facilities. The post-holder ensures that all offices, training areas, changing rooms, gym spaces and swimming pool areas are cleaned and presented to an exceptional standard each day. The team works together at the club's iconic offices in a high-performance environment, united by a shared passion for success and a focus on collaboration and continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all offices, training areas, changing rooms, gym spaces and swimming pool areas are cleaned and presented to an exceptional standard each day.
- Support the smooth delivery of daily operations and events, ensuring all areas are fully prepared ahead of schedule.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to maintain high operational standards.
- Identify, report and help coordinate the resolution of maintenance and facility-related issues.
- Assist with stock control and ensure adequate cleaning supplies are available by liaising with supervisors.
- Respond proactively to changing business needs and operational priorities.
- Manage quick turnarounds between activities, events and functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Take ownership of maintaining clean, safe and welcoming environments for colleagues, visitors and guests.
- Contribute to the overall success of operations through a flexible, hands-on approach.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience in a similar environment.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Awareness of COSHH and health and safety practices.
Preferred Skills
- A full UK driving licence.
