Fitness Supervisor in London

About the Role

The role will work closely with other departments to ensure the BLAZE timetable and social events are managed in line with Programming Excellence principles. It also involves managing the MYZONE community and system, as well as club reports such as H&S and compliance checks. The role supports the BLAZE product, one of the company's six signature classes, and includes teaching BLAZE group exercise classes as a BLAZE Instructor.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with other departments to ensure the BLAZE timetable and social events are managed in line with Programming Excellence principles.
• Manage the MYZONE community and system.
• Manage club reports such as H&S and compliance checks.
• Teach BLAZE group exercise classes as a BLAZE Instructor.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification to apply.
• Minimum 1 year experience teaching group exercise classes.
• Passion for health and fitness and the ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
• Great communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Passion for customer service.
