About the Role
The Academy Kit Assistant supports the smooth day-to-day running of the Academy by preparing, maintaining, and distributing training and match kit for players and staff. This role is part-time, working 20 hours per week. The post holder works closely with academy staff to meet operational needs and helps ensure kit and equipment are ready for all academy activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute training and match kit.
- Ensure all kit and equipment is clean, organised, and ready for use.
- Assist with stock control, kit issuing, and inventory management.
- Support academy training sessions, fixtures, and tournaments as required.
- Maintain high standards within the kit room and storage areas.
- Work closely with academy staff to meet operational needs.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Organised and reliable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive team player with a flexible approach to working evenings and weekends.
- Full driving licence.
- Able to work in a fast-paced football environment while maintaining high professional standards.
