About the Role
The Maintenance Operative plays a vital role in the club’s wellbeing by ensuring all equipment is fully functioning and keeping the safety of members and colleagues at the forefront of everything they do. The role supports the delivery of an excellent member experience every day, seven days a week. The successful candidate will join a team whose members are described as ambassadors of the business and the heart of what the company does.
Key Responsibilities

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Technical skills or discipline in an area such as carpentry, plumbing, or single phase electrics.
- Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar).
- A full driving licence or the ability to travel efficiently between clubs within the region.
- Strong engagement, communication, and active listening skills.
Salary
£30,000
