The role is responsible for overseeing poolside safety and ensuring members have a great experience. It involves ensuring pool areas comply with all health and safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines, and maintaining accurate documentation at all times. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee poolside safety at all times.
- Be on hand to ensure members are having a great experience.
- Ensure pool areas are compliant with all Health and Safety requirements.
- Conduct pool tests in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation at all times.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Must hold an NPLQ qualification to apply for this role.
- Have a passion for all things health and fitness.
- Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
- A team player, happy to share knowledge and best practice.
