About the Role

The Operations Manager is a people-focused role accountable for leading and operating a successful DL Club and delivering an excellent member experience every day, 7 days a week. The role regularly acts as Duty Manager and works alongside the team to ensure health and safety and compliance regulations are adhered to. The postholder maximises member experience and helps create a thriving and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable departments.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• A passion for customer service.
• People-focused.
