About the Role
The Tennis Coach forms an important part of the tennis team, responsible for managing activities, teams, box leagues, ladders and find partner schemes. The role promotes competitions, leagues and events internally and creates a fun learning environment for members. The coach supports members of all abilities, from those holding a racquet for the first time to those showing real promise on court, within a premium health and wellness group.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tennis activities, teams, box leagues, ladders and find partner schemes.
- Promote competitions, leagues and events internally.
- Create a fun learning environment for members.
- Deliver all year-round tennis coaching to members.
- Coach members of all abilities, from first-time racquet holders to those showing real promise on court.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Level 2 LTA qualification.
- A passion for all things health and fitness and for supporting others to achieve their goals.
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
- A self-starter who takes pride in delivering a great quality experience to members.
