About the Role
The role is for a Personal Trainer within Europe's leading premium health and wellness group, where team members act as ambassadors and the heart of the business. The Personal Trainer will deliver high-quality personal training sessions, create programming plans, and guide members in the gym environment to help them reach their goals. The company supports the trainer in growing their client base through a three-day PT induction and offers continued development through CDP courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personal training sessions.
- Create programming plans for members.
- Guide members in the gym environment to support them in achieving their goals.
- Provide one-to-one training sessions.
- Support and inspire members to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
- Passionate about health and fitness.
- Able to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
- Great communication and interaction skills.
- Self-driven with a positive outlook.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Available for a minimum of 25 hours per week for one-to-one training sessions.
Workplace

Salary
- 50% net revenue per session; minimum £16.00 per session, increasing to £21.00 per session from the 16th session each week, plus £5 on top when running the 16th session weekly.
