About the Role
The role involves engaging, coaching and inspiring members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals. Instruction is delivered through one-to-one and group sessions. The successful candidate will join a team whose members are ambassadors of the business and the heart of what we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage, coach and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
- Deliver swimming instruction in one-to-one sessions.
- Deliver swimming instruction in group sessions.
- Deliver a great quality experience to members.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Must hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
- Have a passion for all things health and fitness.
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
- A self-starter who takes pride in delivering a great quality experience to members.
