About the Role
As a Reformer Instructor at David Lloyd Clubs, you will create dynamic, engaging, and results-driven classes that leave members feeling stronger, more aligned, and rejuvenated. The role is open to passionate certified instructors, including those looking to qualify in Reformer through an in-house training pathway. Team members are considered the ambassadors of the business and the heart of what the club does, within an environment designed to help teams thrive physically and mentally.
Key Responsibilities
- Create dynamic, engaging, and results-driven Reformer classes that leave members feeling stronger, more aligned, and rejuvenated.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Already holds an ofQual recognised level 3 reformer qualification.
- Alternatively, for those looking to qualify in Reformer, holds one of the following: Fitness Level 3, Mat Pilates Level 3, or Exercise to Music Level 2 qualification.
- If the Reformer qualification is provided by David Lloyd Clubs, a training agreement contract will be in place, or the fee for the qualification will be chargeable.

The Application Process
The hiring process includes an audition for prospective instructors.
- Auditions are held on August 15th at David Lloyd Rugby.
