About the Role
The role involves leading engaging and dynamic group exercise classes. The organisation offers a diverse timetable of exercise classes, including Yoga, Reformer, Pilates, Aqua, and six Signature Classes. Bespoke, CIMSPA-accredited training and ongoing coaching are provided for Signature Classes. The team environment is intended to foster belonging and help individuals thrive physically and mentally while fulfilling their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and dynamic group exercise classes.
- Deliver a diverse timetable of classes, including Yoga, Reformer, Pilates, Aqua, and the six Signature Classes: BLAZE, SPIRIT, CYCLONE, RHYTHM, IGN1TE, and BATTLEBOX.
- Adapt sessions to all fitness levels and abilities.
- Support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and positive interaction with members.
- Maintain strong communication and interaction with members and the wider team.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Hold a Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification.
- Be registered as self-employed.
- Hold Public Liability Insurance for £2 million.
- Ability to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities.
- A passion for health and fitness.
- Ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
- Great communication and interaction skills.
- Self-driven with a positive outlook.
- A passion for customer service.
