It sits within a team whose members act as ambassadors for the business and are central to the member experience. Key Responsibilities
- Engage, coach and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals, whether in one-to-one or group sessions.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Must hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent to apply.
- A passion for all things health and fitness.
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
- A self-starter attitude with pride in delivering a great quality experience to members.
