About the Role
The Food and Beverage Manager will manage a team within the indoor and outdoor Club Room operation, which is the hub of the club where members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment for work, relaxation, or socialising. The role includes managing events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other activities. The manager will contribute to an environment where teams feel a sense of belonging and can thrive physically and mentally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team within the indoor and outdoor Club Room operation.
- Manage events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other activities.
- Deliver quality, healthy meals and exceptional service to members.
- Maintain a comfortable environment in the Club Room where members can work, relax, or socialise with friends and family.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- A self-motivated individual who takes pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service to members.
- A strong team player with collaboration skills.
- Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
