About the Role
This role acts as an ambassador for the spa retreats, welcoming members and helping them understand the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room. It is responsible for ensuring the spa is always clean and tidy to the standards expected in a premium environment. The role sits within the Spa team and contributes to a welcoming, high-quality member experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for the spa retreats.
- Welcome members to the spa.
- Ensure members understand the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room.
- Ensure the spa is always clean and tidy to the standards expected in a premium environment.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience within a premium customer service environment.
- A passion for all things health and wellbeing.
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
- A self-starter who takes pride in delivering great quality experience to members.
Salary
- £13.30 Per hour
