About the Role
The Food and Beverage Assistant plays a key role in ensuring members receive excellent service every day, seven days a week. The Club Room is the hub of the clubs, where members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment where they can work, relax or socialise with friends and family. The role sits within a team that acts as ambassadors for the business and is central to what the organisation does.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure members receive excellent service every day, seven days a week.
- Support the delivery of quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in The Club Room.
- Help maintain a comfortable environment where members can work, relax or socialise with friends and family.
- Act as an ambassador for the business and contribute to the team.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to show genuine passion when engaging with individuals.
- Strong listening and collaboration skills.
- Previous hospitality experience.
Preferred Skills
- Emergency response qualification (desirable but not essential).
