About the Role
The DL Kids Coach is responsible for hosting a variety of games, sporting activities and art sessions for members aged between 3 and 12, both after school and at weekends. The role also involves leading holiday club programmes during school holidays, which serve as sport camps for younger members to have fun and explore their physical side. This position is part of Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group, where team members act as ambassadors and contribute to an inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Host a variety of games, sporting activities and art sessions for members aged between 3 and 12.
- Lead after-school and weekend activity sessions.
- Run holiday club programmes during school holidays.
- Create a fun and active environment that encourages younger members to explore their physical side.
- Engage with children and individuals with genuine passion.
- Act as an ambassador for the business and help create a thriving and inclusive culture.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Be aged 17 or over.
- Be working towards a childcare, teaching or coaching qualification.
- Have previous experience in a similar environment.
- Show a genuine passion for engaging with individuals and children.
