About the Role
The role monitors all activities that take place in the gym space and ensures members receive a fabulous experience every day, 7 days a week. It combines management of the Personal Training Team with active participation in the gym team. The postholder may also have the option to deliver Personal Training and an array of classes. The position sits within a premium health and wellness club environment where team members act as ambassadors for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor all activities that take place in the gym space.
- Give members a fabulous experience every day, 7 days a week.
- Manage the Personal Training Team.
- Act as an active part of the gym team.
- Deliver Personal Training and classes where the postholder opts to do so.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
- Passion for health and fitness.
- Ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
- Great communication and interaction skills.
- Previous experience within the fitness industry.
- Passion for customer service.
