About the Role
The Personal Trainer delivers high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding members in the gym environment to support them in achieving their goals. The role is supported by a 3-day PT induction and ongoing CDP courses to help grow the client base and develop within health and fitness. Team members are ambassadors of the business and the heart of what the company does, working in an environment where teams feel a sense of belonging and can thrive physically and mentally.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality Personal Training sessions.
- Develop programming plans for members.
- Guide members in the gym environment.
- Support members to achieve their goals.
- Inspire and motivate members to achieve their health and fitness goals.
- Deliver 121 training sessions.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
- Passion for health and fitness.
- Ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
- Great communication and interaction skills.
- Self-driven with a positive outlook.
- Passion for customer service.
Salary
- £28 Per hour plus benefits.
- 50% net revenue and £5 on top when running the 16th session each week; minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from the 16th session, weekly.
