About the Role
The Food and Beverage Assistant is key to ensuring members receive excellent service every day, seven days a week. The role sits within The Club Room, the hub of the club where members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment. The Club Room is a space where members can work, relax or socialise with friends and family.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure members receive excellent service every day, seven days a week.
- Support the delivery of quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in The Club Room.
- Help maintain a comfortable environment where members can work, relax or socialise with friends and family.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience.
- Team player.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine passion when engaging with individuals.
- Strong listening and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Emergency response qualification (desirable but not essential).
