The role supports the delivery of excellent service to members in the club's food and beverage area, seven days a week. The Club Room is the hub of the clubs, where members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment to work, relax or socialise with friends and family. The team is described as ambassadors of the business and the heart of what it does, and the employer creates an environment where teams feel a sense of belonging and can thrive physically and mentally while fulfilling their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure members receive excellent service every day, seven days a week.
- Support the Club Room as a hub where members can work, relax or socialise with friends and family.
- Help deliver quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience.
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine passion when engaging with individuals.
- Strong listening and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Emergency response qualification (desirable but not essential).
