The role is key to ensuring members receive excellent service every day, seven days a week. The Club Room is the hub of the clubs, where members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment where they can work, relax or socialise with friends and family. Team members are ambassadors of the business and the heart of what the club does. The role sits within a team that aims to create a thriving and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure members receive excellent service every day, seven days a week.
• Support the delivery of quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in The Club Room.
• Help maintain a comfortable environment where members can work, relax or socialise with friends and family.
• Act as an ambassador of the business and contribute to the heart of what the club does.
• Help create a thriving and inclusive culture.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• A team player, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine passion when engaging with individuals.
• Strong listening and collaboration skills.
• Previous hospitality experience.

Preferred Skills

• An emergency response qualification is desirable but not essential.
