About the Role
The Group Exercise Supervisor works closely with other departments to ensure the BLAZE timetable and social events are managed in line with Programming Excellence principles. The role includes managing the MYZONE community, system and club reports such as health and safety and compliance checks. The supervisor is expected to be passionate about health and fitness and to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the BLAZE timetable is managed in line with Programming Excellence principles.
- Ensure BLAZE social events are managed in line with Programming Excellence principles.
- Manage the MYZONE community.
- Manage the MYZONE system.
- Manage club reports, including health and safety and compliance checks.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for the role.
- Minimum 1 year experience teaching group exercise classes.
- Be passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
- Have great communication and interaction skills.
- Be self-driven with a positive outlook.
- Have a passion for customer service.
