About the Role
This role is focused on phone-based sales for a premium health and wellness group, contacting prospective members within an office environment. Around 70% of the role involves hitting the phones and communicating the company’s DL values, while the remaining 30% involves showcasing clubs to prospective members. The role holder is responsible for achieving individual and team sales targets and onboarding new members to ensure they receive a premium after-care service. The position requires availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective members by phone within an office environment, with this making up approximately 70% of the role.
- Inspire prospective members and communicate DL values.
- Showcase the clubs to prospective members, with this making up approximately 30% of the role.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Onboard new members.
- Ensure new members receive a premium after-care service.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Target driven, with excellent administration and organisational skills.
- Passion for all things health and fitness.
- Self-starter who takes pride in delivering a quality sales experience.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential.

Salary
OTE £37,000.00
