About the Role
The role will support the Event Planning and Delivery team in planning and delivering the LTA's Major Events, with a focus on the 2027 Grass Court Season and the HSBC Championships at Queen's Club, London. It may also support the Events team at other designated tournaments within the international calendar as required. During the tournament period, the postholder will work on-site at the tournament venue with the Events team for a continuous period, with the HSBC Championships team onsite for up to 11 weeks. This is a fixed-term contract from November 2026 until 31 July 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of the 2027 Grass Court Season.
- Support the planning and delivery of the HSBC Championships at Queen's Club, London.
- Support the Event Planning and Delivery team in delivering the LTA's programme of Major Events.
- May support the Events team at other designated tournaments within the international calendar, as required.
- Work on-site at the tournament venue with the Events team for a continuous period during the tournament.
- Contribute to driving visibility and enjoyment to new and existing audiences through event delivery.
