About the Role
The Food and Beverage Assistant role is part of the club team, working in the Club Room, which is the hub of the club where members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment. The role is key to ensuring members receive excellent service every day, 7 days a week. Team members are described as the ambassadors of the business and the heart of what the club does.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to members every day, 7 days a week.
- Work in the Club Room, the hub of the club where members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment.
- Engage with members with a genuine passion.
- Act as an ambassador of the business as part of the team.
- Help to create an environment where members can work, relax or socialise with friends and family.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion when engaging with individuals.
- Strong listening and collaboration skills.
- Previous hospitality experience.
Preferred Skills
- An emergency response qualification is desirable but not essential.
