About the Role
The Family Activity Supervisor leads a team to deliver children’s activities with structure and enthusiasm, encouraging maximum participation. The role is responsible for delivering the club’s children’s activity programmes, including the Core Club Programme, Holiday Active Programmes and children’s parties. The postholder ensures all services delivered to children meet the requirements of the Children’s Safety Guide at all times. The role operates within a premium health and wellness group and involves leading and managing groups of children.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team to deliver children’s activities with structure and enthusiasm.
- Encourage maximum participation of the children.
- Deliver the Core Club Programme.
- Deliver Holiday Active Programmes.
- Deliver children’s parties.
- Ensure all services delivered to children meet the requirements of the Children’s Safety Guide at all times.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Qualification in a relevant teaching, childcare or sports coaching discipline.
- Ability to lead and manage a group of children with confidence and energy.
- Ability to demonstrate excellence in customer service.
- Great communication and interaction skills.
