About the Role
David Lloyd Clubs is seeking passionate Group Exercise Instructors to lead engaging and dynamic classes. The role involves delivering a diverse timetable of exercise classes, from yoga to HIIT, alongside exclusive signature classes such as BLAZE, SPIRIT, CYCLONE, RHYTHM, IGN1TE, and BATTLEBOX. Instructors will receive bespoke CIMSPA-accredited training and ongoing coaching for these signature classes. Team members are considered ambassadors of the business and the heart of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and dynamic group exercise classes.
- Support and inspire members to achieve their fitness goals.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Hold a Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification.
- Ability to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities.
- Passion for health and fitness.
- Ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
- Great communication and interaction skills.
- Self-driven with a positive outlook.
- Passion for customer service.
