About the Role
The DL Kids Coach hosts a variety of games, sporting activities and art sessions for members aged between 3 and 12, both after school and at weekends. The role also involves running holiday club programmes during school holidays and providing sport camps for younger members to have fun and explore their physical sides. Hours vary, with a minimum of 8 hours per week. The coach joins a team whose members are described as the ambassadors of the business and the heart of what the company does.
Key Responsibilities
- Host a variety of games for members aged between 3 and 12.
- Lead sporting activities for members aged between 3 and 12.
- Facilitate art sessions for members aged between 3 and 12.
- Deliver sessions after school and at weekends.
- Run holiday club programmes during school holidays.
- Provide sport camps for younger members to have fun and explore their physical sides.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Must be 17 or over.
- Working towards a childcare, teaching or coaching qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar environment.
- Genuine passion for engaging individuals and children.
