About the Role

The role is focused on contributing to the food development journey, using quality ingredients from approved suppliers and locally sourced where possible. The successful candidate will work with a team in a premium health and wellness environment, learning new skills and sharing menu ideas through Chef Forums. Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the food development journey as an integral part of the team.
• Prepare food using quality ingredients from approved suppliers.
• Use locally sourced ingredients where possible.
• Share ideas for menu additions through Chef Forums.
• Produce great quality food with pride.
• Work individually and as part of a team.
• Deliver excellent customer service.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
• Self-motivated individual who takes pride in producing great quality food.
• Happy to work individually as well as part of a team.
• Passionate about customer service.
