DL Trainer

About the Role

The role involves delivering high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding members in the gym environment to support them in achieving their goals. The successful candidate will be supported in growing their client base through a three-day PT induction and ongoing CDP courses. The team is the heart of the business, and the environment is designed to foster belonging and help team members thrive physically and mentally.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality Personal Training sessions.
• Develop programming plans for members.
• Guide members in the gym environment.
• Support members in achieving their goals.
• Deliver one-to-one (121) training sessions.
• Grow and maintain a client base.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Passion for customer service.

Salary

• 50% net revenue and £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week (minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from your 16th, weekly).
