About the Role
The role monitors all activities in the gym space and ensures members receive a fabulous experience every day, seven days a week. This is a combined role that involves managing the Personal Training Team while also being an active part of the gym team. The role includes the option to deliver Personal Training and the club's array of classes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor all activities that take place in the gym space.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
- Passion for health and fitness and the ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
- Great communication and interaction skills.
- Previous experience within the fitness industry.
- Passion for customer service.
