About the Role
The role focuses on overseeing poolside safety and ensuring members have a great experience while using the pool facilities. The successful candidate ensures pool areas comply with all Health and Safety requirements, conducts pool tests in line with company guidelines, and maintains accurate documentation at all times. Working within a team that is described as ambassadors of the business, the role supports a culture of belonging and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities

- Ensure members have a great experience while using the pool facilities.
- Ensure pool areas comply with all Health and Safety requirements.
- Conduct pool tests in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation at all times.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Must hold an NPLQ qualification to apply for the role.
- Possess a passion for all things health and fitness.
- Demonstrate strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
- Be a team player, happy to share knowledge and best practice.
