About the Role
The Club Room is the hub of the clubs, where members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment where they can work, relax or socialise with friends and family. The role oversees a team within the indoor and outdoor operation, including managing events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights and other activities. It focuses on delivering great quality food and exceptional service to members as part of a premium health and wellness group.
Key Responsibilities

- Deliver quality, healthy meals and exceptional service to members.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Self-motivated individual who takes pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service to members.
- Strong team player with collaboration skills.
- Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
- Passionate about food and beverage service.
