Sales Consultant in Chorley

About the Role

The role is focused on sales within a premium health and wellness group, with 70% of time spent on phone-based outreach to prospective members in an office environment and 30% spent inspiring and showcasing clubs. The post-holder will work towards individual and team sales targets while onboarding new members to ensure they receive a premium after-care service. The role sits within a team of ambassadors who are described as the heart of the business. The working pattern includes evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the business and its values.
• Hit the phones to inspire and spread DL values to prospective members within an office environment.
• Inspire and showcase clubs to prospective members.
• Achieve sales targets individually and as a team.
• Onboard new members to ensure they receive a premium after-care service.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Target driven with excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Passion for all things health and fitness.
• Self-starter who takes pride in delivering a quality sales experience.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential.

Workplace

• Office-based phone sales with club-based showcasing.
• Requires working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Salary

• £20,592 Per annum, with £26,500 on-target earnings (OTE).
