About the Role
The Personal Trainer delivers high-quality personal training sessions, including programming plans, and guides members in the gym environment to support them in achieving their goals. The role sits within a team whose members are ambassadors of the business and the heart of what the company does. The employer supports growing the trainer's client base through a three-day PT induction and ongoing development via CDP courses. The team environment is designed to foster belonging and to help people thrive physically and mentally while fulfilling their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personal training sessions.
- Create programming plans for members.
- Guide members in the gym environment.
- Support members to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
- Passion for health and fitness.
- Ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
- Strong communication and interaction skills.
- Self-driven with a positive outlook.
- Passion for customer service.
Salary
- 50% net revenue plus £5 on top when running the 16th session each week; minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from the 16th session, weekly.
