About the Role
The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will assist in managing a team within the indoor and outdoor operations of the Club Room, including managing events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other activities. The role focuses on delivering quality, healthy meals and exceptional service to members in a comfortable environment where they can work, relax, or socialise.
Key Responsibilities

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience leading a team in a restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility.
- Strong team player with collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated individual who takes pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service.
Salary
