About the Role
CAA Sports is welcoming a group of interns to its London offices as part of a paid, full-time 12-week programme running from 18 January to 9 April 2027. Interns work full time for the duration of the programme at one of the London offices, supporting a variety of projects within their assigned department. The programme is designed to help interns develop a career in an industry they are passionate about, and the CAA BASE department represents many of the world's leading football players, managers and coaches, providing best-in-class service to clients on and off the field throughout their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a variety of projects within the assigned department.
- Conduct research to support the team's work.
- Provide general support for the overall team.
- Carry out administrative and data entry tasks.
- Work alongside data and video analysts.
- Collaborate with the Talent ID and client retention team.
- Gain exposure within the Operations department, learning about various types of contracts and how the business is run.
- Work alongside Registered Intermediaries during the summer transfer window.
- Engage in learning experiences and meet clients, friends of the business and other industry stakeholders.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Strong administrative, communication and organisational skills.
- A proven passion for and knowledge of the desired field.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with enthusiasm for building a career at CAA.
- Availability to work full time for the duration of the 12-week programme at one of the London offices.
Workplace
- Based at one of CAA's London offices.
Salary
- Paid at the London Living Wage.
